Demonstrations against bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor

Kolhapur, May 24 (UNI) District youth Congress workers today staged demonstrations against Bollywood actor, Rishi Kapoor for his alleged remarks over naming country's assets after Nehru-Gandhi family members.
About hundred youth congress workers led by office-bearers including Sardar Patil, president of Karvir youth congress and congress corporator Taufic Mullani, gathered at historic Dasara Chowk this afternoon and shouted slogans against him.
Some of the youths attempted to burn the effigy of Mr Kapoor, but timely intervention of police foiled their attempt.
