HWANG IS BEING TAKEN PRIVATE AT Rm2.65 with NTA of Rm3.22

KAF Is Being Taken Private At Rm2.70 with NTA of RM1.96

INSAS Has HIGH NTA OF RM1.96 and Price is now selling at deep discount at only 68 cents

 

Last quarter Result Shows INSAS beats HWANG & KAF Hands Down!

Hwang taken private at $ 2.62

If they say, it is being taken private at $ 2.20 and do not intent to maintain listing, minority shareholders will also be forced to sell to them.

Annualized P/E of 2.19 is so misleading. You know it's due to huge realized gains on disposal of Inari shares. Anyway, Insas continues to dispose of Inari shares at peak prices in April. Spectacular earnings are therefore anticipated. Also, Insas is not allowed to mark its investment in Inari at market price since it is an associated company.
