Olympic champion Katie Taylor will qualify for the Rio Games if she beats Mexico's Victoria Torres today - and she could still qualify even if she loses.

Taylor joined Offaly welterweight Grainne Walsh and Dublin light-welterweight Kellie Harrington in the quarter-finals of the Women's World Championships in Astana, Kazakhstan, by recording her 27th win in 28 World outings since 2005 against Argentinian lightweight Dayana Sanchez yesterday.
