Doc Musica get-together in Varanasi

Doc Musica, a group of music loving medicos, recently held a sitting, that was largely attended by the doctors of the city. Crooning a romantic number, Ek Ajnabee Haseena Se, Dr Neeraj Srivastava, set the mood of the evening. Taking it further was Dr Rahul Chandra, who sang Vada Raha Sanam followed by Neele Neele Ambar Par by Dr Dharmendra Pandey.
Singing for the first time was Dr Pankaj Srivastava, who took to stage after a lot of insistence from his wife Shalini.He rendered the song Rim Jhim Gire Sawan, that led to Dr Alok Bharadwaj, who was anchoring the event, to comment, “It is good there is a constant addition to the pack of singing doctors.”
The evening was not just about singing, as a ramp walk was also held that was enthusiastically participated by the members. The Best Couple title was given to Dr NP Singh and Manisha, while the first and second runners up were Dr Vineet and Dr Aruti Yadav and Dr Anupam Srivastava and Dr Divya Arti respectively. There were some solo awards too which were bagged by Dr Neeraj Agarwal and jointly by Manisha Singh and Dr Aruti, in their respective sections. The event concluded with an announcement of the next event of the group,
which was an outdoor photoshoot for the members.
