KHYBER AGENCY - The 8th death anniversary of martyrs of Ahle Sunnah Wal Jumaat, Khyber Agency chapter was observed last day here in Madrass-e-Farooqia, Shiekhmal Khel, tehsil Landi Kotal. 

Pirzada Adnan Qadri besides numbers of Ullemas, thousands of followers and local tribesmen participated in the gathering.

Addressing on the occasion, Adnan Qadri said that killing of their relatives and renowned religious scholars could not restrain them of spreading of teachings of Islam and their innocent blood pleaded them to utilize extra energies to achieve for what the martyrs laid down their lives.  Maulana Shoab, Maulana Ziaullah Qadri, Maulana Ihsanullah, nazim Haji Hakeem Khan and Naqeebullah Junaidi also spoke on the occasion.

At the end prayers were offered for solidarity of the country and for the Muslim Ummah. 

It is to be mentioned here that on 21 May, 2008 four relatives of ex.MNA and Sanetor Noor-ul-Haq Qadri and Abdul Malik Qadari including renowned religious scholar Allama Abdul Azeem, Allama Noor-ud-Din, Shiekh-ul- Quran Mohammad Humayun and their driver Saleem Bacha had been shot dead by unknown armed men on Pak-Afghan road in Ghariza area of tehsil Jamrud.
