Morgan Parra scored 23 points as Clermont Auvergne beat Stade Francais 36-10 to move clear at the summit of the Top 14.
France international scrum-half Parra converted his side's penalty try on the stroke of half-time to give the league leaders a 19-3 advantage at the break.
And after John Ulugia had scored a second try for the hosts early in the second half, Parra bagged Clermont's third.
Fullback Scott Spedding also chipped in with a first-half penalty as Clermont moved seven points clear of Montpellier and Toulon beneath them.
South Africa fly-half Morne Steyn had got Stade on the board with a penalty of his own, while he also converted Djibril Camara's second-half try.
The Parisians remain 12th in the Top 14 standings.
