Superstar Mohanlal, who is also known as Lalettan, celebrates his 56th birthday on May 21 and his fans from across the world have wished the actor. The hashtags #HappyBirthdayLalettan and #HappyBirthdayMohanlal have been trending on Twitter and Facebook since early morning on Saturday.
Megastar Mammootty has wished his colleague and friend on his special day by sharing a picture of them on his Facebook page. "Happy Birthday Dear Lal [sic]," Mammootty wished Mohanlal. Many other celebrities, including SS Rajamouli, Jayaram, Priyadarshan, Dulquer Salmaan, Nivin Pauly, Aju Varghese, Kunchacko Boban, Jayasurya, Asif Ali, Unni Mukundan, Farhaan Faasil, Nikki Galrani, Rajith Menon, Krishna Prabha, Ramesh Pisharody and Anupama Parameshwaran, have also wished the versatile superstar via social media on Saturday.
As a treat to the fans of the actor on his birthday, the makers of his upcoming Malayalam movie "Pulimurugan" released the official teaser of the big-budget action thriller. The one-minute-20-second video, which introduces the character Murugan (played by Mohanlal), has gone viral on social media.
