The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested a coaching institute owner from Kota for allegedly cheating unemployed youths in the name of providing them employment in fake organisations.

Jaipur: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested a coaching institute owner from Kota for allegedly cheating unemployed youths in the name of providing them employment in fake organisations. Around 15,000 candidates from different parts of the country had applied for various posts and were cheated to the tune of Rs 1 crore (approx) in the name of recruitment fee.
The CBI carried out raids at seven places in Kota.
The accused was identifed as Khushi Mohammed. The CBI had registered case against unknown persons on a reference received from ministry of new & renewable energy and also on the complaint received from a victim. It was alleged that some unknown persons had cheated the unemployed youths in the name of employment to various posts in a bogus government organisation with the name 'Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Saurya Urja Evam Jan Kalyan Sansthan'.
Searches were conducted at seven places in Kota which led to recovery of incriminating documents including mobile phones, laptops and fake websites material.
The arrested accused was produced in a court at Kota and was granted transit remand. He was then taken to New Delhi.
