Woman, paramour arrested for killing son in Punjab

Gurdaspur, May 20 (UNI) Batala police claimed to have arrested a woman and her paramour on the charge of killing her son on April 29 .
SP Investigations Batala Jagjit Singh Saroya told the mediapersons that Rajit Kaur and her paramour Sunil Kumar (Jyotish) were arrested who had allegedly electrocuted her son Surjit Singh alias Rohit (17) in the house of Sunil Kumar to whom his mother Ranjit Kaur went to meet Sunil Kumar with and youger sister and brother but he caught his mother and sunil Kumar in compromise situation.
Saroya said Ranjit rand Sunil Kumar allegedly gave him poisonous pill after mixing in tea and they electrocuted with the wire of inventor when he got unconsciousness. They cremated his body and immersed his ashes in Beas river without informing and waiting his father Mukhtar Singh who was serving a security guard in a private company at Jamnagar in Gujrat.
