Don't befriend this woman on Facebook

A weird phenomenon is taking place on Facebook. A user account 'Madhu Shah' is adding people after people, so much so that one is bound to find friends common with her.
But the freakier bit is the fact that this Madhu Shah doesn't exist. How do we know? Thanks to a kind man who alerted the general public of the "scam" that it is.

If you search her name, a series of results will pop up with the same name, same profile picture, and a number of mutual friends.

There are nearly 27 'Madhu Shah' accounts on Facebook. People have been in a fix to find the user in their lists, clearly clueless as to how she appeared there in the first place.

No one knows what's going on. It sure seems like a scam - whether phishing or other, one really can't say. If it's a phishing attempt, users must take caution and delete the account at the earliest to prevent risking their personal information.
On second thoughts, block the user as well.
