Courteney Cox sparks further surgery rumours with 'too far face' at London event
She's one of the most beautiful actresses in Hollywood, but it looks like Courteney Cox is the latest star to succumb to 'too far' face.
While botox and fillers are the norm in Holllywood - and even for lots of image conscious regular folks - the Friends star's changing appearance has overshadowed her career in recent years.
She's admitted to using botox, saying "I’m very open to trying to prolong the inevitable", but her latest appearance at the Ivor Novello Awards in London has sparked even more surgery rumours.
Courteney (52), who is engaged to Irish Snow Patrol musician Johnny McDaid (39), said she hates the feeling after getting the needle, but it looks like she's pushed through the pain in the pursuit of beauty.
"I think Botox is fantastic and also horrible," she told New You magazine. "I feel weird if I can’t move my face!"
Her puffy cheeks appear to be the results of fillers and her frozen forehead is courtesy of some overindulgence in botox.

She previously told Closer magazine her other half isn't a fan of the "Hollywood look" and prefers a more natural appearance.
"It’s no secret I’ve had some Botox in the past, but I won’t go under the knife," she said.
"Johnny isn’t into that whole Hollywood look anyway, so I don’t feel pressure to keep looking like a 20-year-old for him."
While her fiancé, whom she briefly split with for four months before reuniting in March, mightn't be a fan of the frozen face, but the Cougar Town actress said she's willing to try alternative treatments to turn back the clock.
"I’m a big laser believer. I really think they are the wave of the future," she added.
"I just did Ulthera, which is supposed to produce collagen, and I’m about to do Fraxel, which will get rid of all these brown spots off my arms, chest and face."
"My biggest fear is that it catches up to you so quickly, it’s almost like you wake up and you’ve changed. You can be rocking along in your life and then it just happens."
Her best friend Jennifer Aniston has also been the subject of botox rumours in recent years.
