Team to probe PSU quarter encroachment

Bokaro: DC Rai Mahimpat Ray has set up an inquiry after receiving complaints related to the quarters of public sector undertakings (PSUs) being illegally occupied by administrative officials and staff. Rai on Thursday constituted a seven-member team headed by additional collector Jugnu Minz which will submit the report by May last week.
The DC said that the PSUs have provided their quarters in district administration pool for accommodation of employees and officials.They have received complaints that many of those quarters are illegally occupied. "We will take stern action against those found occupying the quarters illegally," said Ray.
Minz said that they will first start with 357 quarters allotted by BSL in administration pool. Meanwhile, the SP hasstarted vacating BSL quarters which are illegally occupied by police staff.
