Two siblings who were missing since last two days were found murdered at Hayathnagar on the city outskirts on Thursday morning.

Dharamraj (10) and Mukesh (7) stayed with their parents, who are construction workers, at Abdullapurmet in Hayathnagar. The family had migrated to the city from Chhattisgarh about three months ago and the parents were working at different construction sites in and around Hayathnagar.

On Tuesday, the two children went missing from their house. Their parents lodged a complaint with the police after 24 hours.

On Thursday morning, the police received information about two bodies lying at an isolated spot in Nallguntla, about a kilometre from their house.

“The killers smashed children’s head using boulders resulting in their death. Their father, Ramkumar, said that he had no enmity with anyone. We are investigating,” the police said.
