Southeast Asian growth holds steady at 4.4%: ADB

MANILA -- Year-on-year growth in Southeast Asia's five core economies was unchanged in the first quarter of 2016 compared with the preceding three months as the group turned in a mixed performance.

Real gross domestic product rose 4.4% on the year in Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines, according to the Asian Development Bank. The figure is a weighted average of their separate growth rates.
