A shelter-in-place order issued for a Charlton neighborhood Thursday afternoon has been lifted after the arrest of a chase suspect.Police said residents in the Harrington Road and Carpenter Hill Road area were given the order while officials looked for a suspect following a police chase.Police said the car chase began in Southbridge. The suspect crashed in Charlton and then fled the area on foot, police said.No other information was released.
