Entertainment » OtherPosted at: May 19 2016 1:32PM SAPP in ACB netNashik, May 19 (UNI) A special assistant police prosecutor (SAPP) Jyoti Tukaram Nirgude working in the first class court at Niphad, district Nashik was caught red handed by the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) sleuths while accepting a bribe of Rs 1500 from the complainant yesterday. On Tuesday the court acquitted the complainant and his family members from the case. Later, the police prosecutor Jyoti Nigrude called the complainant and told that during the trial she did not argue before the court from the government's side, as a result the complainant and his family members were acquitted from the case and demanded a bribe of Rs. 5000 from complainant. After negotiations the amount was settled at Rs. 1500. The complainant approached to ACB and lodged a complaint against Jyoti Nirgude.
