The shoot of Hrithik Roshan's Sanjay Gupta-directed 'Kaabil' hit a roadblock when Ronit Roy who plays the baddie met with an accident on Monday at Film City during an action sequence.
Nine pieces of glass pierced his arm and he had to undergo a surgery on Tuesday evening. But since they are on a tight schedule he couldn't take time to recuperate and resumed shooting on Wednesday morning.

Confirming the news the actor told Mirror, "Yes, I was shooting an action sequence, it was a night shift, and the accident happened in the early hours when I hit the glass and my hand went through it. I continued shooting and only went to hospital after 'pack up' where an X-ray revealed glass pieces embedded in the muscle of my arm. Surgery was the only option."
However, Ronit had to delay the surgery to Tuesday as he was shooting again that evening. It took about an hour-and-a-half and he was back in action in the morning. "There's no time for a break , I'm shooting for my TV serial Adaalat, and have two films going on the floor this month. The first week of June will kick-start Abbas-Mastan's film Machine which will launch Abbas's son Mustafa. A break would hit all these schedules for a six."
