Woman's body found in tank

Hubballi: The body of a 35-year-old woman was recovered from a water tank at her residence in Chetana Colony under Keshwapur police station limits on Wednesday. Shailaja Pillai, who hailed from Anantpur in Andhra Pradesh, married Govindraj Pillai of Hubballi five years ago.
The couple had a son and a daughter. Somalingappa Chabbi, ACP, North, visited the spot.Keshwapur police inspector Ali A Shaikh said that a case of unnatural death was registered.
"We will decide on the next step of investigation after receiving the postmortem report," he said.
