Along haul destination requires adequate planning and zest to embark on it. This doesn’t mean that it’s only for the well-travelled, it is actually for people who enjoy the anxiety and excitement to reach a destination. If you pick the right destination, you can reap the benefits of travelling halfway across the world, as soon as you set foot on foreign shore. Here we suggest some options:

    - Hawaii: Imagine surfing on the gorgeous turquoise waters of Hawaii, or watching whales migrating from one shore to another.

    - Jamaica: Those who seek adventure (and music) can find plenty of it in Jamaica.

    - Norway: Tourists often say that Norway is a once-in-a-lifetime destination, it’s spectacular nature with mountains plunging into the sea from hundreds of metres, fjords, tall mountain peaks, northern lights and midnight sun.

Snowy beauty - Region: Greenland Greenland is a country with a rich, cultural history that spans back several centuries. Even though itfs home to only about 60,000 people, Greenland can still offer travellers a unique, exciting experience away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Here is a list of things to do:

    - Hot Springs: Greenland boasts numerous hot springs, but those on the island of Uunartoq are the most popular because the water temperatures average between 98 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit all year long. The islands hot springs consist of three smaller springs that come together to make a giant tub. You can visit the springs at any time of the year and in any type of weather and always find that the water offers a temperature suitable for soaking.

    - Qaqortoq: As the largest town in southern Greenland, Qaqortoq is surely worth the visit. The Qaqortoq area has been occupied for about 4,300 years. Many cultures have called this area home, including the pre-historic Saqqaq people as well as the Norse during the 10th century, the Thule in the 12th century and the Danish in the 18th century. Tourists who enjoy peace and quiet will love this small town of about 3,300 residents.
