In 2015 Russia supplied weapons to 58 countries and kept maintained contact with 101 states, head of Russian Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSVTS), Alexander Fomin, stated Wednesday.

In his words, according to the results of 2015 and recent years, the weapons supplied to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) make up actually half of the Russian weaponry export.

Fomin also added that in the military and technical area Latin America is quite promising for Russia, RIA Novosti reports.
