Housewife hangs to death

Vadodara: A 27-year-old woman allegedly committed suicide at her house on Harni Road on Sunday morning. Neeru Maachi, who was found hanging by the ceiling fan, was reportedly suffering from some mental illness for the last few months. She was rushed to the SSG Hospital but declared brought dead.
Bapod police said that the woman was married for last nine years and her husband worked as a cable operator.
This is the second case of housewife committing suicide in the city in less than a week's. On May 11, a 28-year-old housewife was found hanging by the ceiling in Manjalpur.
Dharti Mistry, a native of Nadiad, was said to be upset with marital issues.
