Govt to provide best facilities to Haj pilgrims

Hyderabad, May 15 (UNI) Telangana Deputy Chief Minister (Revenue) Mohammed Mahmood Ali today said the state government would strive to provide the best facilities to the pilgrims, going on Haj this year.
Speaking at the first Haj Orientation Training camp held at Hi-Tech Garden Function, Malakpet here, Mr Ali said he would try to see that free accommodation with free food was provided to around 1,000 pilgrims at Makkah.
He said that last year, free accommodation and free food facilities were provided to around 600 Haj pilgrims. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao has instructed to provide all possible facilities to Haj pilgrims. He said that he would visit Jeddah after Ramzan to ensure accommodation to 1,000 pilgrims. He requested the devotees to pray for the development of the country, the state and the community.
