ARCK Consultants take possession of Kingfisher Villa in Goa

Panaji, May 13 (UNI) A legal agency appointed by a consortium of
banks today took possession of Kingfisher Villa of beleaguered
liquor baron Vijay Mallay at Candolim village in Bardez taluka of
North Goa.
Speaking to reporters, Anil Kohli from ARCK Consultants said the
property had been attached and all inventories done.
‘’No one will have access to the Villa without permission. We
have proceeded as per order and State Bank of India has taken
control,’’ he said.
Asked about the reason behind delay in taking possession of the
Villa, he said it was due to hearing by North Goa collector.
Auctioning of the Villa would take some time, he added.
Earlier, the officials of the Delhi-based consultants sealed
the Villa valued at Rs 90 crore after making inventory of goods and
