Nashik: The Central Railways' Bhusawal division has announced a 5-hour major block period at the Lasalgaon station from 11am to 4pm on Friday. This block will result in the cancellation of one shuttle train and delay or regulation for the other trains traversing the station during that period.
According to the railway officials, launching of three girders on piers at the Lasalgaon station across the main lines and loop lines will be carried out from 11am to 4pm.

The 51424 Manmad Igatpuri Shuttle Express has been cancelled by the Railways owing to the works being carried out at Lasalgaon. The construction of the road overbridge is being carried out at Lasalgaon station where the girders will be launched. In all, 11 trains will be affected during the period.
Four trains will be regulated or detained for period ranging from one to two hours during the activity. The 15018 UP Kashik Express, 15646 UP Guwahati LTT Express, 12533 - Pushpak Express and 22356 Mumbai-Patna Suvidha Express will be regulated for the period of one to two hours from their scheduled departure.
These trains will be blocked Manmad station and at Niphad stations from where they will be moving forward in the respective directions, the railway officials said.
