MULTAN: Multan police on Thursday registered an FIR against two cattle pen owners for refusing to move their business to the outskirts of the city. A police spokesman said Musa Town Enforcement Inspector Abdul Ghaffar had reported to Shah Shams police that cattle pen owners Muhammad Ilyas and Hafeezullah had been advised to move their business outside the city but they had refused. He said the man had also allegedly threatened the inspector. The spokesman said police had registered an FIR against them under Sections 186, 187 and 506 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC).  He said the district administration was pursuing an operation to move cattle pens outside the city to reduce the threat of dengue fever.
