TV stylist Holly White has chosen Mount Juliet as the lavish venue for her wedding next year.

The Herald Diary can reveal how the UTV Ireland presenter (31) will be celebrating tying the knot with her handsome fiance Andrew Wynne at the renowned Kilkenny venue next May.

"It's all going really well. We have the venue confirmed so we're going down this weekend again. We stayed there before and absolutely loved it so we're getting married next May," she said.

Although she has yet to find her perfect dress, the fashionista may even take a leaf out of Kim Kardashian's book when it comes to her own wedding gown.

"I haven't found my dress yet. It's all part of the process. I tried on a few dresses but it hasn't happened yet and I want to enjoy the whole experience and not rush into anything.

"I think it's important to wear something unique. I really love tattoo lace, like Kim Kardashian wore for her wedding, but I don't know.

"I haven't seen anything yet, but you can really surprise yourself and go for something completely different. I'm just waiting for something to give me that feeling of excitement."

Although she has her pick of designers to chose from, stylish Holly is determined to support Irish and go for a home-grown designer.

"It's lovely to deal directly with the person who designed it. My engagement ring came from an Irish designer so I want my dress to be Irish too," she said.

Andrew proposed last Christmas and surprised Holly - whose brother Rob is married to Andrea Roche - in Istanbul.

Her fiance stepped into the spotlight recently after appearing on RTE's Dragon's Den with a proposal for his nut company Nutmost.

He won a €45,000 investment from Dragon Alison Cowzer. Proud Holly said that they're a "really good match" and the business is doing great.

Busy "It's a really busy time for both of us," she said.

"We're both self-employed so we get each other's jobs.

"We understand if we're both sitting on our laptops late at night. But it's a really exciting time for us."

She's putting all that wedding planning to good use this summer as she's running a day out for brides-to-be, with tickets from her website.

Taking place at the Wesbury hotel on July 2, there will be hair and make-up demos, a bridal fashion show and advice from a wedding planner.

"Planning a wedding is so time-consuming so this brings together all these experts," she said.
