Rann joins commission on London issues

Former South Australian premier Mike Rann will help tackle London's future issues including economic growth, sustainability and poverty.
Mr Rann, a visiting professor at the King's College London's Policy Institute, has been appointed to the King's Commission for London.
It met for the first time this week and will develop a range of policy proposals to help make London more productive, livable and inclusive within the next 15 years.
"I hope there can be some cross fertilisation of ideas in urban policy in both Australia and the UK," Mr Rann said on Thursday.
