Amaal Mallik owes it to Salman Khan

Playback singer and composer Amaal Mallik who has composed songs like 'Main Hoon Hero Tera'and 'Sooraj Dooba Hai' says that he would have quit the music industry had it not been for superstar Salman Khan who gave him a chance to prove himself in the latter's production 'Hero'.

Since he does not come from a family that has been in the industry, he has had to work very hard to prove his mettle. Reportedly, Amaal believes that the song 'Sooraj Dooba Hai' was the turning point in his life.
