SOME parents of Year Four pupils staged a protest outside SJK(C) Kheng Chee in Puchong, claiming that their children were forced to sign an “agreement” that allows them to be punished if they misbehave, China Press reported.
During the protest on Monday, the parents alleged that they also had to endorse the “agreement” after it was signed by their children, the headmistress and assistant headmistress.
