FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- The New England Patriots have formalized their complete list of rookie jersey numbers, which helps fill out the picture after learning last week that top pick Cyrus Jones will wear No. 24. Quarterback Jacoby Brissett wore No. 12 at NC State, but that is taken (and will never be worn by a Patriots player other than Tom Brady again).
