Stock Top 100" award list for listed companies in Hong Kong which was just released, Yuzhou Properties ranked the fourth among " Top 10 Comprehensive Strength (Small enterprise)", which moved up one position than last year. Mr. Hui Chun Yip, CFO of the Group attended the awards ceremony and accepted the award on behalf of the Company.

"Hong Kong Listed Company Top 100", organized by Tencent and Finet, the leading financial media aim to create first serious, authoritative and credible ranking of Hong Kong listed company, and to establish a new benchmark for the value of the Hong Kong stock market. The poll covers all companies listed on the main board in Hong Kong. The selecting focuses on company's market value, turnover, net profit after tax, return on equity and shareholder return performance. Jury includes veteran professionals in various professional investment banking, securities business, finance association, accounting and legal professional, so as to obtain multifaceted balance on selection results.

Yuzhou Properties in 2015 has gained excellent performance with stable financial condition and good corporate governance.
