Misrod railway crossing to remain closed for six days

Bhopal: Railway crossing at Misrod will remain closed for traffic from May 10 due to the ongoing maintenance work at Habibganj-Misrod Railway station. As such, crossing number 824/28-30, gate number 246 will remain closed till May 15. Commuters using the crossing will have to instead use underpass at crossing kilometer 823/3-7. The railway administration has written a letter in this connection to Bhopal traffic police for traffic management at the location.
Change in platform numbers of Simhastha-special trains: The railway has changed the scheduled platform numbers of of three Simhastha-special trains starting from Bhopal railway station. Indore-Bhopal passenger train will now depart from platform number 6, instead of platform number 4. Bhopal-Indore passenger train will depart from platform 6 instead of 4 and Habibganj-Dohad Demo express will depart from platform number 6 instead of 2.
