Network for Spectrum

There is a massive delay by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) in the rollout of Network for Spectrum (NFS) project. The project, which is entirely funded by USO Fund, was originally scheduled to be completed by July 2015. In a recent communication by the telecom minister to his counterpart in the defence ministry, the current status of the project is given, which indicates completion by November 2017. Given the current scenario of rollout, achieving even this seems to be a remote possibility.
