Khanapur MLA A. Rekha Naik inaugurated a publicity van of the Integrated Tribal Development Agency at Utnoor on Sunday. The van will be used for propagating various welfare schemes of the State government in the agency villages.
The van also create awareness among tribal people during weekly shandies. The programmes, which will be the focus of the publicity, would be Kalyana Lakshmi, problem of sickle cell amaemia and Prime Minister Jan Dhan Yojana. Awareness would be created by cultural troupes.
