A commercial Kannada film shot almost entirely in North Karnataka and with North Karnataka dialect is all set to be released in June.

The movie, Nanna Ninna Prema Kathe is extensively shot around historic monuments such as Gol Gumbaz, and Ibrahim Rouza .

“For the first time, Sandalwood actor Vijay Raghavendra is playing a lead role with Nidhi Subbaiah who acted in Anna Bond with Puneet Rajkumar,” said Joker Hanumanth, co-producer of the film. Addressing presspersons here recently, he said that Shivu Jamkhandi, a native of Bagalkot district, who has written scripts for numerous Kannada films, has directed the film.

He said that the film-makers have arranged a competition of writing love letters; anyone who writes the best love letter will get Rs. 25,000 in cash as prize. The film has seven songs, anyone who selects lyrics of any one song of the film from the website of the film and composes music to it will get Rs. 1 lakh in cash as prize for best music.
