Former MLA from Kutiyana assembly segment in Porbander district of Gujarat, Bhurabhai M Jadeja, who was recently in limelight owing to the pictures of his wife and daughter allegedly firing a gun becoming viral in social media, today died in a hospital in Ahmedabad. He was 70.

Bhurabhai, a former independent MLA, was admitted to an Apollo group hospital for a few days owing to illness. He breathed his last this afternoon.

Recently pictures of his wife Hiralba, Daughter Gitaben and niece Puriba wearing traditional heavy gold ornaments holding a gun during a religious procession in Porbander had become viral in the social media following which police had lodged a case against five persons including the above mentioned three women in Kamlabagh police station under various sections of GP act, Arms act and IPC.
