Karishma Tanna and Upen Patel part ways?

Real life couple Karishma Tanna and Upen Patel, who found love during the eighth edition of controversial show "Bigg Boss," has reportedly parted ways.

According to a Tellychakkar.com report, the couple has been arguing over their respective careers for quite some time now. A source told the web-portal that while Karishma had been bagging projects one after another, Upen was yet to bag a good project. With the tiffs escalating between them, both Karishma and Upen apparently decided to part ways amicably.

However, Karishma refuted the rumours claiming that they are very much together. "Every couple has issues and fights and they do overcome it. No relationship is perfect and I do not even want one, as then it would be too boring. We are pretty much together and I don't think anyone has the right to comment on our career matters," Karishma told the web-portal.

After falling in love in the "Bigg Boss 8" house, Upen and Karishma, lovingly named "Upma" by their fans, had also participated in dance reality show "Nach Baliye 7" where they took their relationship to the next level by getting engaged on the show. Soon after, their popularity bagged them another show "Love School" where the couple mentored eight young couples on love and relationship.

If the reports of Karishma and Upen breakup turn out to be true, they will join the list of other television couples who have shocked their fans with the news of their breakup this year. Kritika Kamra-Siddharth Bijpuria, Sara Khan-Rishabh Tandon, Anas Rashid-Rati Pandey, Pearl V Puri-Asmita Sood, Mayuresh Wadkar-Ajisha Shah and Ravi Bhatia-Heena Parmar are some of the couples who have called it quits.
