This Middle Eastern delight is the first thing you need to try. It's a melting bed of cheese, topped with Semolina or Kataifi (shredded filo dough) which is soaked in a sweet rosewater syrup and baked to perfection.

Although these mini treats are widely available across the city, the ones freshly prepared at The Global Village are simply unbeatable.

Eggspectation's Chocolate Chip Pancake is definitely a treat for all chocolate lovers, while the famous French toast is baked using a recipe for an amazing artisanal brioche. The pancakes and French toast are both served with pure Canadian maple syrup.

Last but definitely not least, the Shira Tama Sphere more than satisfies the palate.

The caramel mousse, praline ice cream and sugar-coated hazelnuts inside a white chocolate sphere are a delectable surprise, once the ginger caramel sauce has unveiled the treasure.
