The Warped Tour is a traveling music festival that has toured the U.S. and Canada every summer since 1995. It is the United States' largest traveling music festival and the longest-running touring music festival in all of North America.

The 2016 tour will start in Dallas, Texas on June 24 and will travel to 41 cities before ending in Portland, Oregon on August 13. A Road to Warped Tour performance will be held in Alaska on June 22. This year's lineup includes Good Charlotte, New Found Glory, Reel Big Fish, Sum 41, and dozens of other bands who will be performing on several stages.

Kevin Lyman created the Warped Tour in 1995 in production with the now-defunct Warp Magazine and Creative Artists Agency. When the tour started, it was intended to be an eclectic alternative rock festival. It began to focus on punk rock music the following year. Other genres of music, such as hip hop, pop punk, metalcore, hardcore, and street punk, have been added over the years.

Skateboard shoe manufacturer Vans has been the tour's main sponsor since 1996. Since that year, it has been known as the Vans Warped Tour. The tour has since added other sponsors. The Warped Tour became international in 1998, with dates in Australia, Japan, Europe, Canada, and the United States. It has launched many artists who went on to become successful, including My Chemical Romance, Blink-182, Paramore, Fall Out Boy, MGK, Yelawolf, and Katy Perry.
