Frankel's full-brother debuts Friday | Juddmonte

1.45 Chantilly, Debutantes, €25,000, 3yo, c/g, 10fT
PROCONSUL (GB) (Galileo {Ire}) is easily the day's most interesting runner as a full-brother to Frankel (GB) and Noble Mission (GB), and half to Bullet Train (GB) (Sadler's Wells) and Joyeuse (GB) (Oasis Dream {GB}). Andre Fabre has been entrusted with the February-foaled chestnut, who tackles 11 rivals on his racecourse introduction including the Niarchos Family's Beyond Apollo (Fr) (Sea the Stars {Ire}), a Pascal Bary-trained full-brother to the SW & MGSP TDN Rising Star Night of Light (Ire). Andre Fabre indicated he is not expecting debut fireworks from Proconsul, saying, “He is a very laid-back individual. There is no doubt that he will come on for the run; it will do him some good. He never actually had any problems last year. He came late into training and has just taken time. Some horses do, some horses pick it up quickly, but he has certainly taken time. He is very different from his brother.”

2.45 Chantilly, Debutantes, €25,000, 3yo, f, 10fT
ADJECTIVE (GB) (Dansili {GB}) is another regally bred individual to represent Khalid Abdullah and Andre Fabre on this card, being a full-sister to the four-times Grade I winner Proviso (GB) and a half to the 2010 G1 Prince of Wales's S. winner Byword (GB) (Peintre Celebre). Also in the Juddmonte silks is the Pascal Bary-trained Militate (GB) (Oasis Dream (GB)">Oasis Dream {GB}), a full-sister to the G1 July Cup runner-up Main Aim (GB) and half to two pattern-race performers in Weightless (GB) (In the Wings {GB}) and Home Affairs (GB) (Dansili {GB}), while Fabre also saddles Golden Gazelle (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}), a daughter of the G1 Prix du Moulin heroine Grey Lilas (Ire) (Danehill) and therefore a full-sister to the 2011 G1 Poule d'Essai des Pouliches and G1 Prix de Diane winner Golden Lilac (Ire), who her trainer proclaimed as the best of her sex he had handled. If that is not enough, there is also His Highness The Aga Khan's Dariyba (Fr) (Monsun {Ger}), an Alain de Royer-Dupre-trained daughter of the G1 Prix de Diane and G1 Prix Vermeille scorer Daryaba (Ire) (Night Shift), who has produced the 2009 G1 Hong Kong Vase winner Daryakana (Fr) (Selkirk).

6.00 Ascot, Mdn, £8,000, 2yo, f, 5fT
HER TERMS (GB) (Pivotal {GB}) is an unraced daughter of the 2011 G2 Queen Mary S. and G2 Lowther S. winner Best Terms (GB) (Exceed and Excel {Aus}), who cost 330,000gns at Tattersalls and is trained by William Haggas for Apple Tree Stud. Among her rivals is a Godolphin newcomer in Romantic View (GB) (Shamardal), a Charlie Appleby trainee whose dam is a full-sister to Manduro (Ger) (Monsun {Ger}).

6.10 Nottingham, £4,500, 3yo, f, 10f 75yT
SNOW MOON (GB) (Oasis Dream (GB)">Oasis Dream {GB}) returns for Lady Bamford and John Gosden after a promising debut when third over this course and distance in October. Out of the English and Irish Oaks heroine Sariska (GB) (Pivotal {GB}), she encounters Godolphin's Pietrafiore (Ire) (Dubawi {Ire}), a Charlie Appleby-trained ull-sister to the 2012 Dubai World Cup hero Monterosso (GB).

6.30 Ascot, Mdn, £8,000, 3yo/up, f/m, 10fT
STRAW HAT (IRE) Galileo {Ire}) debuts for the Old Harrovian Racing Club and the William Haggas stable and is a full-sister to the high-class Telescope (Ire), who captured the G2 Great Voltigeur S. and G2 Hardwicke S. and was runner-up in the G1 King George VI and Queen Elizabeth S. Greeting her is Sheikh Mohammed Obaid Al Maktoum's well-regarded Ajman Princess (Ire) (Teofilo {Ire}), a Roger Varian-trained relative of the smart Afsare (GB) (Dubawi {Ire}) who was second on debut in a decent Sandown maiden last month.
