Here we have Hardball host Chris Matthews. He's out here, doing his usual MSNBC thing, when Donald and his wife, Melania Trump, saunter to the stage following a decisive victory in Indiana. Only, for some reason, Matthews didn't seem to realize that he was actually on air. His mic was hot. And apparently, so was something else. (Spoiler: It's his pants.)
"Did you see her walk? Runway walk. My God is that good," Matthews can be heard crooning over his colleague Brian Williams. "I could watch that runway show." Then, to confirm that you did, in fact, just witness a zesty awkward moment on live television, the segment quickly cuts to a commercial break.

Now, all this horn-doggery probably wouldn't be an issue if this were Fox News or had Matthews not, as Variety points out, rightfully used his platform to be "highly critical of the GOP candidate’s sexist policies and lack of respect for women’s rights." The moral of the story, as always, is cable news is about as useful as an amoeba-shaped mole and everything is actually bad.
