Lamborghini's Winter Accademia programme comes to a successful halt - other programmes will be on offer to racing car enthusiasts

Lamborghini concluded its Winter Accademia programme in Aspen, United States, and in Livigno, Italy, where 130 car enthusiasts from 25 countries took a fleet of new Lamborghinis out for a spin on roads covered with snow and ice. Models included the Huracán LP 610-4, the Aventador LP 700-4 and the exclusive Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce.

Participants received theory lessons and took tests before moving on to track lapping sessions. The courses offered drivers a rare opportunity to try out and improve their driving techniques in low-grip conditions, overseen by experienced driving instructors.

Motoring fans who want to join fellow Lamborghini enthusiasts can look forward to track programmes taking place later this year in Germany, Spain and the US. The exclusive Pilota programme returns next year in April.
