Delhi Court grants bail to Mika Singh for slapping doctor

New Delhi, May 5(UNI) A Delhi Court today granted bail to the renowned singer Mika Singh for allegedly slapping a doctor at a live concert in south west Delhi a year ago.
It is alleged by Dr Srikanth, an ophthalmologist at Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital, that Mika Singh had slapped him during a live concert coordinated by the Delhi Ophthalmological Society as part of its three-day conference.
The doctor has submitted that on April 11, 2015, he was dancing at the venue but Singh without any reason started pointing fingers at him from the stage asking him to move aside, allegedly in a rude manner using abusive language. The doctor alleged that when he did not pay heed to Singh's abusive language , Singh got angry and directed his bouncers to drag the doctor to the stage.
