HC defers hearing on Hardik’s bail plea till summer vacation

Ahmedabad, May 5 (UNI) The Gujarat High Court today deferred hearing of the bail petition of Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti (PAAS) leader Hardik Patel till summer vacation on June 9 after the state government opposed the bail saying that the “conduct and behaviour” of the accused showed it was seditious in nature.
