Entertainment » OtherPosted at: May 5 2016 4:04PM Militants of other states involved in poaching in AssamGuwahati, May 5 (UNI) Militant and criminal elements of neighbouring states of Assam are involved in poaching of one-horned rhinos in Kaziranga National Park (KNP) of Assam, Additional Director General of Assam Police S N Singh has claimed.Militants operating in bordering states of Assam have been working in tandem with poachers of the state in targeting wildlife here, local reports quoted Mr Singh as stating at a press conference at Jakhalabandha, near KNP, last evening.The ADGP, who is also the head of the Special Task Force of anti-poaching force of the state, also admitted to the involvement of forest guards in poaching activities.Please log in to get detailed story.Tags: #Militants of other states involved in poaching in Assam
