Dr Sonam Dawa Lonpo, Chief Executive Councillor LAHDC Leh along with Sh Tsering Angdus (Executive Councillor Rural Development Department), Sh Mumtaz Hussain (Executive Councillor Animal Husbandry Department), Sh Dorjay Motup (Executive Councillor, PWD), together with Sh Jamyang Tsering Namgyal (Concern Councillor for Martselang Constituency) and all the respective departmental heads had done a site visit yesterday to inspect the preparation work for the upcoming Naro Palace at Hemis for Naropa 2016. His Excellency, Chief Executive Councillor Dr Sonam Dawa Lonpo inspected different sections of works and properly instructed the concerned departments to finish the preparation work before the actual date of the festival.
