Man falls off hill, dies in Chamba

An aged man was killed after he fell off a hillside path yesterday. The incident took place when he was on his way to home near Gadana village in Bhattiyat subdivision of the district last evening, a report said here today.

The report reaching here said the deceased, who was identified as Brij Lal, was a resident of a local area.

The victim, who was returning home after performing his daily routine work, suddenly slipped from the hillside path and died on the spot, the report said.

Later, on receiving the information about the incident, relatives of the deceased reached the site and took the body into their possession.
