After a long debate on the issue of the VVIP helicopter deal, that ran into more than four and half hours in the Rajya Sabha, Mr Parrikar began his response with a story from famously called "Akbar Birbal ke kisse". "Once a golden spoon was stolen from Akbar's 'mahal' (palace) and he did not want to catch the culprit," Mr Parrikar started narrating as Congress members were seen shuffling uneasily in their seats.
