New Delhi, May 4 () Legal services firm Trilegal today announced a new governance structure and appointed Sabiana Anandaraj as COO as part of its move to building second generation leadership.
While the day to day management of the firm will be carried out by a two-member management committee, a new four-member board has been constituted to enhance the leadership pool in the firm, the company said in a statement.
