A Manchester man was arrested on reckless driving charges Tuesday in Hopkinton for driving more than twice the posted speed limit, state police said.Jonathan Azar, 27, was clocked traveling 138 mph in a posted 65 mph zone on Interstate 89.Azar was stopped by a trooper and placed under arrest.Azar is charged with reckless driving. He is slated to appear in Concord District Court on June 24.
